Hua Xing Institution (HXI) is a member of the Social Service Agencies under National Council of Social Service (NCSS). HXI was established in 1981 and became a registered charity in 1989.
What we do
HXI promotes social services and activities to advocate the spirit of giving and sharing to the community. Through developing the capacity of one’s holistic well-being, we hope to inspire every individual to achieve a healthy and fulfilling life, which includes community services.
