- Carrot 紅蘿蔔 Half piece
- Corn 小玉米 5 pieces
- Green Capsium 大青椒 Half piece
- Red Chilli 紅辣椒 1 piece
- Snow peas 扁豆
- Shitake Mushroom 新鮮香菇 5 pieces
- Vegetarian Prawns 素蝦
- Mock meat 素三層肉
- Chestnuts 栗子 8 pieces

- Napa Cabbage 大白菜 5 stalks
- Angelica Sinensis 當歸 1 piece
- Dried Chinese Yam 干山藥 1 piece
- Goji berries 枸杞 8 pieces
Seasoning
- Soy Sauce 醬清
- Vegetarian Oyster Sauce 素蠔油
- Pepper 胡椒粉
- Mushroom seasoning 香菇精
- Seasame oil 麻油
- Salt 鹽
- Oil 食用油
- Mushroom minced meat 香菇肉醬
Instructions
- Slice each cabbage leaf stem thin and blanch the cabbage
- Add oil into wok and add mushroom minced meat fry till fragrant.
- Add ingredients (1) into wok and stir fry it. Add seasoning into wok and mix evenly
- Place blanched napa cabbage into bowl. Place angelica sinensis,干山藥, goji berries.
- Add stir fried ingredients (1) into napa cabbage.
- Wrap all the ingredients with cabbage and steam for 15 minutes and off fire.
- Place a plate onto the bowl and flip the bowl over, ready to enjoy.

- 開火待鍋燒熱後放入少許的油,放入香菇肉醬炒香。
- 將材料(一)食材全部下鍋翻炒,加入少許醬清、素蠔油香菇精、胡椒粉、鹽及少許麻油調味待用。
