蘋果素奶酥 Apple Custard Pie

Ingredients
Apple Filling
- Red apple 紅蘋果 2 pieces
- Sugar 糖3 tbsp
- Butter 奶油 30g
- Cinnamon 桂香 Some
Vegetarian Custard
- Vanilla powder 香草精/粉 1/4 tbsp
- Sugar 糖 2 tbsp
- TESCO Vegetarian Custard 奶黃醬 1 can (400g)
Puff Pastry
- Borg’s Puff Pastry Borg's 酥皮 1 Packet
Instructions
1. Thaw the frozen Borg’s puff pastry in room temperature for 1 1⁄2 hours.
2. Peel and cut the apple into cubes.
3. Put the apple cubes in a saucepan and cook on medium heat. Add butter, sugar and cinnamon. Fry until the apples are
soft and golden brown in colour.
4. Pour the vegetarian custard into the saucepan and cook over low heat. Add sugar and vanilla powder until heated.
5. Pre-heat the oven to a temperature of 2000C.
6. Flatten the thawed puff pastry into a thin sheet. Cut into 8 to 10 square pieces. Each piece at 9cmx9cm .
7. Bake the shaped puff pastry in oven at a temperature of 2000C for 15 minutes or until it becomes golden brown in colour.
8. Press the baked puff at its center gently with a fork. Place the cooked vegetarian custard in the center of the puff. Top with
the fried apples.
9. Put the puff back in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes. Ready to serve.
1. 將冷凍的酥皮放在室內溫度1個半小時來解凍
2. 將蘋果削皮和切塊。
3. 把塊狀蘋果放在鍋裡用中火炒。再加入奶油,糖和桂香一起炒香。炒到蘋果柔軟與金黃色。
4. 將素奶黃醬倒進鍋裡用小火加熱。加糖和香精。煮熱即可。
5. 烘爐先加熱到200溫度。
6. 把解凍好的酥皮柔平成薄片,再來把酥皮切成8到10片然後在做出形狀。每一片9cmx9cm 。
7. 把做好形狀的酥皮以200的溫度烘15分鐘或至酥皮變金黃色。
8. 用叉子輕輕地壓扁烘好酥皮的中心。再把煮好的素奶黃醬放在酥皮中央。最後再加上炒好的蘋果。
9. 再把蘋果酥放進烘爐烘烤10分鐘。即可享用。
