Ingredients
Ingredient A
- White Radish 白蘿蔔 1 pc
- Tomatoes 蕃茄 2 pcs
- Old Ginger 老薑 1 large
- Dried Chili 辣椒乾 3 strips
- Tamarind Slices/Asam Kulek 亞參片 3 pcs
Ingredient B
- Stew Mutton 燉羊肉 10 pcs
- Celery 芹菜 1 pc
Seasoning
- Soy Sauce 醬青 as desired
- Brown Sugar 黑糖 1 tbs
Instructions
- Cut all the ingredient A and place all into the pot
- Add water enough to cover all ingredients
- Use high heat to cook until boiling and turn low heat to cook for one hour.
- Add the Stew mutton and add seasoning for light soy sauce and brown sugar to simmer for another 45 minutes.
- Add celery before turning off the heat.
- Ready to serve
- 將A材料切好入鍋
- 加水蓋過材料,大火煮滾後小火一個小時。
- 把燉羊肉,醬青,黑糖加入再小火煮45分鐘。
- 關火前加入芹菜。
- 取出鍋享用。
