Ingredients
- Tofu 豆腐 450g
- Cabbage 包菜 400g
- Carrot 紅蘿蔔 100g
- Black Fungus 黑木耳 40g
- Mushroom 香菇 80g
- Vegetarian Mutton 素羊肉 50g
Seasoning 調味料
- Oil 油 2tbsp
- Mushroom minced meat 素香菇肉醬 2tbsp
- Mushroom seasoning 蘑菇粒 1tbsp
- Oyster Sauce 素蠔油 2tbsp
- Sweet Sauce 甜醬 1tbsp
- Sesame Oil 麻油 1tbsp
- Soya sauce 醬油 1tbsp
- Ground white pepper 胡椒粉 as desired
Instructions
- Smash the tofu 壓碎豆腐
- Finely cut the cabbage, carrot, mushrooms, black fungus into small pieces and place in bowl 將包菜,紅蘿蔔,香菇,黑木耳切成小塊,放在碗裡
- Add oil and tofu. Pan fry until the tofu is dried and in brown color 加油和豆腐,煎至豆腐乾至褐色
- Add oil and tofu. Pan fry until the tofu is dried and in brown color 炒香菇,紅蘿蔔,素羊肉,黑木耳和包菜
- Add seasoning of mushroom minced meat, mushroom seasoning, oyster sauce, sesame oil, soya sauce and ground white pepper 加入蘑菇肉末,蘑菇粒,蠔,麻油,醬油和白胡椒粉
- Let it cool for wrapping of wanton later 把餡料放涼
- Prepare wanton skin, wrap with the filling 準備餛飩皮,把餡料包進去
- Deep-fry wanton until golden brown 炸雲吞到金黃色
