Ingredients
- Vegetarian Spiced Duck 五香素鴨 1 Packet
- Sesame Oil 麻油 As desired
- Oil 油 As desired
- Young ginger strips 嫩薑絲 As desired
- Rock sugar 冰糖 2 tsp
- Light soy sauce 醬青 1 tbsp
- Water 水 3-4 tbsp
- Mushroom seasoning 香菇粉 As desired
Instructions
- At a slanted angle, cut Veg duck into pieces. Place
on steaming plate. - Heat pan and add in sesame oil and normal oil.
- Add in ginger slices and fry till fragrant.
- Pour in light soy sauce and add sugar. Add water
and bring to a boil. - Add in mushroom seasoning and stir well.
- Pour sauce over sliced veg duck.
- Steam for 10 mins. Ready to serve.
