Ingredients
- warm water 溫水 230g
- brown sugar (or granulated sugar) 幼糖/黑糖 120g
- corn oil 玉米油 50g
- self-raising flour 自發麵粉 250g
Bakeware needed:
- weighing scale 秤
- sift 篩網
- cupcake liners 紙杯
- big bowl 盆
- small bowl 小碗
Instructions
- Pour the warm water into the big bowl
- Add in corn oil and brown sugar/granulated sugar and stir well
- Use a sift to add in the self-raising flour
- Mix it well and pour the batter into the cupcake liners
- Steam it at high flame for 15min
